How You Will Make an Impact
- Support proactive Account Management including but not limited to Credit Requirements, KYC/AML validation, Credit Limit Increases.
- Assisting in Collections including client escalations, issuing demand letters, reports creations and execution, and country specific items as needed and monitoring of receivables
- Develop accounts through Review and Planning by addressing customer inquiries, requests, and complaints and proactively identifying issues. Responding in a timely manner to minimize escalations
- Work with client disputes in internal systems and liaising with customers with inquiries and outcomes
- Responsible for supporting territory risk management and customer satisfaction attainment
- Ensure all customer communications are documented in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensure accounts operate within approved guidelines and obtain the appropriate level of management approval in exception situations
- Support additional ad-hoc projects
What You Bring to the Team
- At least 2 years of experience in relevant industry
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Ability to share knowledge, new ideas, and solutions for the team
- General analytical skills to collect, analyze, and summarize data to assist with requests and Account Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Thrives in a multi-task environment where there are competing priorities and deadlines/deliverables, where change is constant
- Ability to remain poised and calm under pressure
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Team player - energetic, enthusiastic, and personable
- Ability to perform duties with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity
