Job responsibilities include: - Supervising and booking complex incoming invoices (AP) and outgoing invoices (AR).
- Performing intercompany bookings for incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Handling fixed-asset capitalization and depreciation.
- Participating in and coordinating month-end and year-end closings, ensuring books are closed accurately and on time.
- Managing ongoing reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts (including intercompany, subledgers, banks, accruals, prepayments).
- Collaborating with external auditors and tax consultants.
- Developing and maintaining internal controls, promoting accounting excellence.
- Cooperating with foreign partners and various departments.
Requirements - University or college degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably gained at a multinational company. Experience with the Spanish market is an advantage.
- Understanding of the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) process.
- Intermediate level of English and Spanish (Hungarian is an advantage)
- Strong MS Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Result-oriented personality with a team-player attitude.
