Job DescriptionJob descriptionThe Senior Credit Control Specialist reporting to the AR Supervisor and makes sure that all Experian clients are paying on time. Also, you will constantly work for reducing the aged debt and maximise the cash collection of the company.
What you'll be doing:- Communicate with clients over the phone and email through Oracle Advanced Collections to ensure prompt payment;
- Chair meetings and report to different people within the business. e.g. Sales, Finance Directors, Divisions and Clients;
- Manage an experienced ledger of high spending clients with challenging & complexed accounts;
- Debt calls with clients and internal stakeholdersalong with supporting team members on debt calls;
- Lead on the buddy system with new starters;
- Train new team members;
- Lead the team in the absence of the AR Supervisor;
- Contribute to the AR Senior management working group;
- Support the interview process of new recruits;
- Reconciliations of accounts;
- Hit monthly, quarterly and annual collections targets;
- Resolve queried debt;
- Respond to customers within 48 hours;
- UAT on new process or system implementations;
- Participate and drive the empower program and vision;
- Debt reporting;
QualificationsQualificationsWhat you'll bring:- Relevant higher education degree;
- 3 years' experience in credit control collections methods;
- Experience in all level Stakeholder management;
- Experience leading a team or managing a team;
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
- Demonstrate deep personal drive and accountability for great performance;
- Target-focused and oriented towards results delivery;
