While providing quality technical support and presenting ideas in user-friendly language,
your main duties would be:- Acting as a single point of contact for financial customers, managing incidents effectively
- Talking customers through basic problem-solving processes to resolve their issues and ensures customer satisfaction
- Monitoring ATM networks to detect and address potential issues proactively
- Troubleshooting and providing creative solutions to undocumented problems
- Escalating complex issues internally and externally following defined procedures
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
What we expect from you:- High school diploma
- Fluency in speaking and writing of Spanish language
- Advance knowledge of the English language
- Advanced knowledge level of Windows OS
- Analytical and problem-solving attitude
