ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a Case Coordinator - Spanish Bilingual to be part of our team.
• This role is responsible for effectively providing day to day administrative legal support for multiple disability claims until the cases are transferred to an attorney.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Respond to Spanish and English queries by phone and/or email as per the pre-established workflow to ensure timely release of the medical records
- Manage and efficiently monitor time-sensitive multiple claims
- Maintain a thorough understanding of each individual case, including its status, documents, and actions required for the claim
- Establish and maintain timely and supportive contact with clients by phone or written correspondence, to provide information regarding documentary requirements, claims procedure and pertinent timeframes
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to determine their current state, follow up on requirements, and keep them updated on major milestones (progress, denials, appeals, etc.)
- Work closely with the appropriate Social Security field office and assigned examiner to seek updates for assigned claims, uncover issues preventing claims from progressing, and determine requirements for resolution
- Enter client data and document all case activities and updates into the prescribed case management software.
- Save all relevant paperwork to the client's account on the case management software
- Ensure that appeals are prepared and filed within the prescribed filing timeframe
- Work closely with US case managers on the review of claims, denials, appeals, or representation withdrawal by providing accurate data and clear and comprehensive case background
- Escalate missed deadlines, overdue tasks, and workflow issues to supervisor and US Manager immediately
- Maintain an organized task list on a daily basis. Set tasks and prioritize activities based on established timelines to ensure no deadlines are missed
- Answer incoming calls, and respond to client correspondence, including emails and voicemails on a daily basis within acceptable timelines
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements• At least 1 year and up of Spanish Bilingual work experience in the Call Center Industry
• Can demonstrate excellent verbal English & Spanish skills
• Can show strong written business English & Spanish skills
• Comfortable with technology like MS office applicants and internet browsing
• Amenable to work on a nightshift schedule.
• Must be able to work on our site on 6th Floor Tower 1Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas
