The Coordinator - Procurement coordinates procurement activities for nominated purchasing groups providing professional support to the Lead - Procurement in striving for optimal procurement outcomes at site level including,
What you will be doing
Key AccountabilitiesSupports operations and escalations from all transactional activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standardsProvides support in works with suppliers in identification and resolution of potential issues/discrepancies related to transactional procurement and escalating where necessaryKeeps effective and open communication between procurement and its internal customers and provides support to keeps internal stakeholders informed of issues or potential issues with purchases madeSupports the resolution all audit queries and reviewing existing audit processesCompletes purchasing activity as required Ensures transparency in activities and compliance with the regulations
What you will bring
With tertiary or technical qualification - up to 2 years experience post qualification.
Without formal qualifications - up to 10 years of administrative experience, or allocation of work to operators.
Role dependent - technical &/or functional business system applications required for tasks (e.g. SAP, SF, Concur, analytics/visualisation tools, engineering software, etc.)
