What you will be doing:

• Conduct page optimization for search engine marketing
• Monitor daily performance metrics with SEO tools such as Google Analytics to understand SEO strategy performance
• Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy
• Perform ongoing keyword research, creating briefings, discovery and optimization for new SEO keywords to use throughout the company websites and marketing materials
• Closely collaborate with web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly followed throughout website content
• Change website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
• Writing project briefs, abstracts and scripts
• Creating content schedules
• Reviewing and approving content before publication
• Site audit, fix and/or report errors

Who we are looking for:

• An experienced professional with a proven track record in a similar role within the iGaming industry.
• A native Spanish speaker with excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Someone with SEO expertise and a solid understanding of optimization techniques that enhance visibility and drive traffic.
• A performance marketing specialist who can analyze and optimize conversion rates and customer acquisition strategies.
• A proficient user of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• A strong leader capable of guiding teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
• An effective problem-solver with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions quickly.
• A strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach, able to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
• A highly organized individual with excellent time management skills, capable of prioritizing and juggling multiple tasks.
• A conflict resolver who can mediate disagreements and ensure smooth collaboration among teams.
• A strong interpersonal communicator with the ability to build relationships and work effectively across departments.
