About the role

ABC Teachers are seeking an inspiring Spanish Teacher to join a dynamic secondary school in Yardley. If you are enthusiastic about teaching and fluent in Spanish, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging Spanish lessons to students of varying abilities.
  • Develop a curriculum that promotes language proficiency and cultural understanding.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure academic success.
  • Create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities and events.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Spanish Teacher you will:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Fluency in Spanish and a strong command of the English language.
  • Experience teaching Spanish at the secondary school level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to student development.
  • Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)


Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • a suitable qualification to teach Spanish i.e PGCE, with valid QTS/QTLS
