Spanish teacher- Amazing school in Enfield- September start

As a Spanish teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering students' love for the Spanish language and culture. With your expertise, you will deliver engaging and interactive lessons, adapting teaching methods to accommodate a range of learning styles. By creating a positive and stimulating classroom atmosphere, you will inspire students to develop their language skills and cultural awareness.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality Spanish language lessons to primary/secondary school students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
  • Assess and provide feedback on students' progress, ensuring individual learning needs are met.
  • Develop and implement appropriate teaching strategies to accommodate a diverse range of learning styles and abilities.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching resources and materials to enhance student learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to establish effective assessment practices and curriculum development.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including attendance, grades, and individual education plans (IEPs).

Requirements
  • Relevant teaching qualification and experience in teaching Spanish.
  • Fluent in Spanish, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Spanish language, literature, and culture.
  • Ability to engage and inspire students through creative and innovative teaching methods.
  • Excellent classroom management and organization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents.
  • Knowledge of current teaching methodologies and best practices in language instruction.
  • Experience working with diverse student populations and students with varying abilities.
