  • Plan and deliver engaging and interactive Spanish lessons to students in accordance with the national curriculum
  • Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for the Spanish language and culture
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to cater to the diverse needs of students
  • Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate and align teaching activities and resources
  • Use technology effectively to enhance teaching and learning experiences
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and attendance

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) with a degree in Spanish or a related field
  • Proven experience teaching Spanish to primary and/or secondary students
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and its application to Spanish language teaching
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on students' learning
  • Ability to create engaging and innovative lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
