Spanish teacher- Fantastic school in Harrow- April start

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver lessons in Spanish according to the school's curriculum guidelines
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that cater to different learning styles
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of student achievements, attendance, and behaviour
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and upcoming events
  • Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date with educational trends

Requirements
  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) and a degree in Spanish or relevant field
  • Proven experience teaching Spanish to students of various ages and abilities
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student well-being and academic success
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Resilience and the ability to adapt and respond to the needs of students in a dynamic classroom environment
