Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging Spanish language lessons for students in line with the school's curriculum guidelines.
Ensure students' progress through effective lesson planning, assessment, and feedback.
Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for Spanish language learning.
Collaborate with other Spanish teachers and colleagues to share best practices and resources.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' progress and attendance.
Communicate regularly with parents and stakeholders to discuss students' progress, development, and any concerns.
Participate in school-wide events and activities, such as parent-teacher conferences and staff meetings.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
Proven experience teaching Spanish to students in primary or secondary levels.
Strong knowledge of the Spanish language and culture.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Valid work permit or visa to work in the UK.
