Spanish teacher required for a brilliant school in Camden- ASAP start

We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Spanish teacher to join a fantastic school in Camden starting ASAP. Responsibilities
  • Teach Spanish lessons to primary/secondary school students, focusing on developing their reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in the Spanish language.
  • Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of the students.
  • Create and implement assessments to monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback to students and their parents/guardians.
  • Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love for learning and a culture of respect.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to develop and implement cross-curricular projects and initiatives.
  • Attend and contribute to departmental and staff meetings, as well as parent-teacher conferences.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in language teaching methodologies and use technology effectively to enhance the learning experience.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Spanish, Education, or a related field. A relevant teaching qualification is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in teaching Spanish at the primary/secondary level, with a strong understanding of the national curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/guardians.
  • A solid understanding of effective teaching strategies and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual students.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively plan lessons and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Passion for teaching and a genuine enthusiasm for the Spanish language and culture.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic educational environment.
  • Knowledge of educational technology tools and their integration into language teaching.
