Job DescriptionAbout the TeamPartner & Customer Training EMEA team is responsible for the marketing, sales, and delivery of training and certifications within the EMEA territory for Milestone. The mission of the team is to empower the people in the Milestone community to perform on the-job by growing their expertise in designing and implementing Milestone solutions. The team consist of (4) colleagues, who promote, sell, and coordinate the various certifications and courses, and (1) other colleagues delivering training. By working directly with the EMEA sales organization, this team actively promotes, sells, and manages the certification and training activities driving towards a profitable and professional service business unit, that supports the sale of Milestone core products
About the RoleThis role supports the EMEA sales organization by Educating and Training Milestone Business Partners in the following areas:
Ensure the successful delivery of training courses including, but not limited to the following:
- Milestone Solution Design
- Milestone Technical Configuration Level 1
- Milestone Technical Configuration Level 2
- Milestone Smart Client Skills
- Milestone Customized Training
Conduct the training courses throughout the regions in online or face-to-face format
Support Milestone partners by delivering customized training and services where needed
Provide Quality knowledge transfer to business partners in various settings.
Provide relevant knowledge transfer to Milestone Business Partners on Milestone products and processes.
Manage attendees' expectations to ensure quality knowledge delivery.
Manage technical systems/tools/equipment related to courses.
Maintain high level working knowledge of Milestone products and industry standards as they relate to partner requirements.
Customized training activities as directed.
How we can match: - Degree in Computer Sciences or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills.
- Experience delivering technical training materials.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Operating System, virtual machines - VMWare ESXi, Cloud technology, AWS.
- Experience with database (Microsoft SQL) and networking concepts.
- Proficient verbal and written skills in English and native level of Spanish
- Knowledge of the video surveillance industry and technology is a plus
- Experience with Milestone XProtect software is considered strong advantage
