Job DescriptionSPC Specialist with SpanishAs a SPC Specialist this role provides the key and initial bridge for the different departments and daily operations tasks, it provides and facilitates the communication cross departments and teams and ensures that the duties needed for onboarding of suppliers are carried out. SPC Specialist is part of the specific workflows in digiPACE and carries following duties:
Guarantees and respect of processes and rules of purchasing, conformity with ISO standards
As team member of the Vendor Management Central team within European Procurement organization:
- performing vendor due diligence
- managing vendor management generic mailbox
- managing requests in digiPACE - creations, extensions, modification
- supporting other teams in digiPACE platform
- supporting suppliers if needed
- to be a key referent O2 vendor management process and digiPACE supplier module
- managing escalation
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Contribution to value plan of EPO
- Part of Compliance and SOX
- UPI requests
- Vendor qualification process
- Project related to improvements of the tools and processes
- Cleaning of database
- Monitoring the pending items
- Creation of INC
- Preparation and running workshops
- digiPACE refresh trainings
- creation/updating support documents
- preparation of training materials
- SOP updates
- supplier creation/extension - from time to time (urgent cases)
- Proposal, formalization of improvement in the tool, support documents, videos
- participation in UAT
- Managing escalations - Internal and External finding solution, managing steps , support
- Clean up of our database (duplicates) + keep updated database (email, general information from the supplier)
- Inactive suppliers - cleansing
- Pending Cases management: Aged cases - weekly checks, INC, SPC and LB pending requests - weekly check
- EY audits - preparation of documents, support on evidence
- Help in translations in digiPACE, questionnaires
- Workshops - PL + preparation of the list of reported problems
- IT department cooperation
COMPETENCES

- Minimum experience or range 0-5 years to take on the position and in field or Coordination, Change Management, Communication Internal/External
- Good spoken and written English (min. level B2) as well as another European language, e.g. German, French, Spanish, Italian, etc.
