About this position

What you'll do

• Manage the Order entry process by ensuring timely and accurate order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
• Identify and manually resolve inconsistencies in Standard sales, Free of Charge & Return orders.
• Coordinate the resolution of exceptions with relevant parties.
• Generate detailed reports to monitor the status of orders and fulfillment progress.
• Conduct investigations into pricing discrepancies and variances, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entry with strong attention to detail.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational quality and reducing processing times, including testing new system enhancements.

Minimum salary: 1460 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
