We are seeking a versatile individual with a unique blend of Staffing and client service skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating automation, tracking and following up with candidates in our inventory who may be suitable for current or future client needs, and presenting ideal candidates to clients in alignment with their requirements and expectations. This candidate will partner closely with our Talent Acquisition team and key business stakeholders to ensure timely placement of VAs.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in Recruitment, Staffing, HR, or Project management roles.
- Strong understanding of CRM and ATS systems, with the ability to effectively manage and utilize these platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively identify and address challenges.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- This role requires constant traveling to the US - Must have a valid VISA.
Key Responsibilities: - Staffing:
- Present ideal candidates to clients in alignment with their requirements and expectations.
- Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our candidate inventory to match suitable candidates with client needs.
- Facilitate the relocation process for candidates to new or existing client locations as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date profiles of candidates in the talent database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Follow up with candidates in our inventory who may be suitable for current or future client needs.
- Partner closely with the Pairings Division team and Staffing coordinators to understand client needs.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Understand the needs and requirements of clients within our outsourcing company.
- Maintain constant communication with clients to ensure their needs are understood and addressed effectively.
- Keep track of client feedback and preferences to tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Ensuring that VA's are meeting quality standards for clients before placement
- CRM and ATS Management:
- Implement and maintain an applicant tracking system (ATS)(Workable) to streamline recruitment processes.
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM)(Hubspot) systems to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
