This is a
part-time (40%) maternity cover position, running from December 9, 2024, to June 27, 2025.
As our MYP Spanish & French teacher, you will teach both Spanish and French classes, helping students develop proficiency in these languages. You will have the opportunity to create engaging and meaningful learning experiences in an international environment, following the MYP curriculum.

Responsibilities and ExpectationsWe are looking for a candidate who will:
- Create engaging and differentiated lessons for MYP students in both Spanish and French, focusing on language acquisition for students learning an additional language.
- Leverage digital learning platforms to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
- Collaborate with colleagues in planning and assessment, utilising formative and summative evaluation strategies.
- Be knowledgeable about co-teaching and collaborative models, planning effectively with teachers, parents, and administration.
- Support the school's diverse community and contribute to student development both academically and personally.
- Demonstrate professionalism, with strong organizational skills and a commitment to student success
Qualifications- A relevant teaching qualification in Spanish and/or French language acquisition or teaching Spanish and/or French as a foreign language.
- Experience working with students who are learning Spanish and French as additional languages, ideally in an international school setting.
- Experience with the IB curriculum (MYP or DP) is preferred but not required.
