Tagaddod is at the forefront of revolutionizing waste management through technology. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Trade Account Manager who is fluent in Spanish to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships within Spanish-speaking markets, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
Responsibilities - Manage and nurture key customer accounts in Spanish-speaking regions.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Tagaddod's services.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide clients with insights and recommendations to improve their operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders in both English and Spanish.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 1-3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to analyze data and create strategies for improvement.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients.
