Training Manager (Bilingual Spanish & English)

The Training Manager will play a crucial role in educating, developing, and upskilling our external agent workforce ensuring that our virtual agent community is equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles.

The Training Manager will oversee the development and implementation of training programs for all virtual agents. This role includes creating new training materials for various law firm practice areas, managing a team of instructors, and ensuring continuous upskilling and best-in-class performance of current virtual staff. The Training Manager will work cross-departmentally, collaborating with subject matter experts and other team members, to ensure effective training at all stages, from new applicants to experienced agents.


Instructional & Learning Experience Design:
      • Partner with key stakeholders to produce end-to-end learning experience components, from concept to delivery.
      • Develop new, plus manage and improve upon current certification programs to enhance agent skills and career growth opportunities by applying adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and other learning technologies to deepen effectiveness and impact.
      • Create engaging and effective training materials for various law firm practice areas and specific job roles.
      • Design and implement training programs in soft skills and job-specific skills required by our clients.
      • Build a long-term program roadmap to ensure our training experiences are the most relevant and impactful for our clients and for our agents.

Team Management:
      • Lead and inspire a team of virtual training managers, instructors and others fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
      • Facilitate programs, workshops, seminars and other training experiences for ~300 candidates monthly using a variety of delivery methods; and ensure the upskilling of 2000 existing virtual staff with the help of dedicated team leaders.

LMS Management:
      • Oversee and expand the current LMS software to ensure it meets the training needs of all staff.
      • Integrate all training materials into the LMS and ensure its smooth operation.
      • Stay current with learning technology and best practices in e-learning to continuously improve the technology utilized to enhance the experience of our virtual staff.

Quality Assurance:
      • Develop and execute strategies for the evaluation and improvement of all programs.
      • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
      • Track and report data on course enrollment, withdrawals, and other key indicators on training performance.
      • Ensure all training materials are up-to-date with the latest legal practices and technologies.
      • Ensure compliance with company policies and other legal and regulatory requirements.

Continuous Improvement:
      • Stay updated with the latest trends in training and development, incorporating innovative methods and tools.
      • Continually raise the bar on our training programs by measuring their impact through client feedback and learner engagement.


The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and development, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of creating effective learning experiences and impactful instructional design.

Successful candidates will have built prior training and development programs from the ground up, have the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously under tight deadlines, and enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in training and development, with a focus on instructional design and delivery.
  • Advanced knowledge in instructional design methodologies, learning theories, and adult learning principles and pedagogy.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners remotely.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt well to changing direction and strategy.
  • Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a plus.
  • Willing to work in the Pacific Time (PST) schedule (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST).
  • With own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above & Microsoft Office) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps
