About The Role:

Are you inquisitive and curious? Do you enjoy digging into information and driving tasks to completion? As a Verifications Specialist you will conduct reference interviews, employment verifications and education verifications on behalf of our clients- giving them peace of mind and helping them to stay compliant.

This Is What You'll Do:
  • Handle verifications for some of our high profile clients
  • Examine and cross reference CVs and consent forms
  • Contact companies and educational institutions to verify candidate provided information
  • Contact clients and candidates to obtain missing information
  • Write detailed reports - with high accuracy flagging any discrepancies
  • Quality check files to ensure the client's specific standards are met
  • Resolve client concerns and answer their questions in a timely manner


This Is The Job For You If You:
  • Have an eye for detail - can spot an uncrossed T from a mile away
  • Love talking to people, problem solving and have a strong customer focus

This Is What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum qualification - HSC / Diploma (10+3)
  • Typing speed of 20 wpm /90% accuracy
  • Ability to comprehend & articulate
  • Strong communication abilities, both oral and written
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities, catching every ball that is in the air
  • English language skills (B2/C1)
  • Spanish language skills (B2/C1)
  • 0-6 months of minimum experience, preferably in an International BPO/KPO
